It's been over 6 months

Wow! It's been a long time and I am sure no one even reads my little blog anymore. However, if I do have anyone left I can promise you that it's not for a lack of desire to write, just finding time to write. I stay pretty busy these days with 4 kids, homeschooling, and being the keeper of our home. Most nights when I do have time to write, I am tired and do not feel like looking at the computer. If I can't do it on my smart phone, then it probably doesn't get done. Lol

Anyway, a lot has changed in the last 6 months and we are about to embark on a new journey in the next few months. That is why I really want to start blogging again, to share our story in hopes of spurring ourselves and others on towards love. Also, blogging about this is in no way for us but for God's Glory that He will use us and this blog for His purpose. Robb and I are very excited to see what comes out of all this and what God will have us learn from it too. I will still be posting pictures of the kids and updates of course, but the blog will be focused more on this purpose at least for a little while.

The Holy Spirit has been working on us about this particular thing for over a month now. I think Robb was willing to be obedient at first, but was met with a lot of opposition from me saying "right now is just not the time, maybe when the kids are older". But God kept pressing me and it all kind of came to a head on Sunday. God laid this so heavy on my heart I couldn't say anything but "ok, lets do it now". So the heavy feeling left and an anxious excitement has now filled me. I am very aware that things are about to change drastically, but we know that God will not bring us to this without finishing what He has intended for it. We are stepping out in faith.

I am vowing to be honest and I can't wait to share. My first blog about this new journey will be coming very soon I hope. We are still waiting to get all our ducks in a row first. Please stay tuned. :-)
