Ok, so I thought I needed to post and tell everyone that I am feeling better. When I posted the last time, I was having a bad day and little did I realize, Aunt Flo was to make an appearance 2 days later. So I guess a lot of the way Ryan was acting could have been my fault too, I was moody. I know everyone has those days, especially with toddlers.
We are in the middle of staining our porch. It is going to look really nice when it's finally done, but with all the rails and stuff it seems to be taking forever.
Robb and I have decided that next year we are going to do some expanding... to our house, that is. We are seriously running out of room so we have decided to make a basement under our house. The crawl space under there is so large that it would be easily converted into a basement, there is already a full size door down there to get into it. We will be putting 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room down there hopefully. We are also going to do some other remodels, like expanding our kitchen and closing in the garage to make a bigger bathroom and closet. We are trying to get the house the way we like it so we won't feel like we have to move. We would like to stay in this house for a while because we really like it and where it is at.
And now for a few updates on the kids. Jacob is getting very close to walking. He actually took one step last night, but he is still very unstable on his legs. I think he will walk before he's a year, but not too much before. He gets around so well by crawling, he doesn't have too much motivation to walk. Ryan is still doing well without his diapers, however, he has had a few more accidents. Not when you would think like at naps or at night, but when he is outside playing. He just doesn't want to stop to come in, or by the time he actually gets in the house, he has already had an accident. I am going to have to make him potty before he goes outside and then just go get him periodically throughout his time outside.
Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and thanks for the responses on my last post.
