I Must Say, It's About Time...

Robb and I think have finally found a church!! Yay!! I know that I am relieved! We have been visiting so many churches and never really feeling a complete fit, there was always something missing. I know that no church is perfect, but I knew there had to be something out there that I could see our family going to for the long term. On Sunday we visited Christway Community Church and we absolutely loved it!! I have been praying for a while for us to find a church and once we had found it that I would know and it would be very clear. Well, on Sunday, it didn't get any clearer for me! As soon as I stepped in the building, I felt something different. It's almost as if I heard God say "here you go, this is it". The children loved it, they have something for each age and they actually serve snacks, and healthy ones at that! This Sunday they had an array of fruit (strawberries, grapes, apples) and some goldfish crackers. The service was awesome too! They have a contemporary service with a full band, some acting/drama, and the pastor is nice and fairly young too. They have small groups that meet through the week and they do a lot of nice things in the community too. Another added plus since gas prices are so high, is that it is close. It is about a 15 minute drive from our house to the church. I am so excited!! On the way home Baylee said that she liked that church better than all the other ones that we have visited and she would like to go there. Ryan said he had fun too. It makes me feel even better about the church when I know the kids like it and have fun and want to go back. So, after visiting churches since February, I think we have finally found it. I am so happy because I have been wanting to be rooted somewhere for a while.

"Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God" ~ Psalm 92:13
