Ok, for about 5 months, Jacob did nothing but sit there and look cute. He didn't even have his first roll-over until he was every bit of 5 months old. At his 6 month check up, he was barely sitting up for more than a few seconds. It really wasn't until a few weeks ago, at 7 months, that he started really sitting up un-assisted. Now, in the 2 weeks since he finally mastered sitting up, he has now moved on to pulling up. He will pull himself up on the couch and the kids activity table. Although he sure hasn't mastered it yet, he is trying really hard to be mobile and no longer want to just sit in one place on the floor :( He is also getting up on his hands and knees, attempting to crawl. He gets very frustrated that he can't go and do like Baylee and Ryan. And to add to that frustration, he got his first tooth about a week and a half ago. So needless to say, he has been a VERY fussy baby. He cries over the littlest things, which is really not like him because up to this point he has had the best temperament out of all my kids. I think it will get better once he becomes a bit more mobile and some more of his teeth come in.
We are also trying to get Jacob out of our room and into his room that he will be sharing with Ryan. We have to get him sleeping through the night again (yes I said again because he used to do it), so as soon as he does that we will be moving him over. I will be glad to have my bedroom back, that will be nice. I just pray that this won't be too painstaking for us, I am in serious need of some normality when it comes to night time.

I just can't look at that smiley picture of that child and picture a fussy teether. He's so proud of himself!!
Mimi is now cutting at least two on top. We have good days and bad. Mostly, she drools like a faucet.
I didn't think sleeping thru the night was a luxury parents were permitted until the College Years. That might be a bit generous of me, in fact. Glad I'm not the only one in zombie-mode these days.
I'm so proud of Jacob! What a big boy!
