I am so ready for our family to not be sick anymore! Baylee started running a fever exactly one week ago from yesterday, and the sickness has moved around to get all of us. Jacob and Robb are still fighting the flu, but the rest of us are pretty much done with it. I am having to keep a close eye on Jacob because the doctor said that the flu in babies can turn into pnuemonia very easily. So now, every time he coughs, I think 'Is he getting pnuemonia?'. I really hope not. Cabin fever is really getting to me now, but I think I will let the kids play outside for a little bit today, maybe the fresh air will be good for them.
On sunday, Robb painted Baylee's room (that is before he started feeling really bad). It looks great. I just need to go get her a new comforter set that matches her room and it will be complete. Robb is going to start on our porch on Sunday. If I haven't said anything about it yet, we have torn our old porch off and are going to be building a bigger one that we can actually sit on. I would like it to be finished before Baylee's birthday party at the end of this month.
Oh yeah, to let everyone know, I will be postponing my 'movie night' until March 21st at 7pm. I was going to have it this Friday, but since we have all had the flu (and some of us still have it), I don't want to have anyone over unless I am for sure that it is all gone!
