
Secondly, I have not really been exercising like I should be, but I have still been sticking to my diet. I have been stressed over the past week, so my motivation has plummeted. But for some reason I decided to weigh myself today (I haven't weighed in a little over a week), and I had lost another 2.5 pounds! Yay! So far I have lost 12.5 pounds! The reason I am so excited is because I have now lost back down to the weight I was before I had Jacob. Now my goal is the next 20 lbs of my original goal that I set when I started all of this at the first of the month. That will put me close to my old weight before I had Baylee. But I really am going to pick back up my exercising because I just feel skinnier when I do :) Oh well, I just thought I would toot my own horn for a minute. LOL
